This policy explains what personal information Sofa Upholstery Dubai (we, us) collects when you use this website or contact us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, community or area and the type of furniture, when you use the quote form, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
- Photos and messages you send on WhatsApp so that we can assess your furniture.
- Technical data: device, browser, pages viewed and which buttons you click (call, WhatsApp, form), collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a home visit and prepare your quote.
- To collect, repair and deliver your furniture and to honour our warranty.
- To understand how the website performs and to measure our advertising.
The quote form and WhatsApp
When you submit the quote form, your details are placed in a WhatsApp message that you send to us yourself. WhatsApp is operated by a third party and is governed by its own privacy policy.
Cookies and advertising
We use analytics and advertising tools (for example Google tag and Meta pixel) to count visits and measure which ads lead to enquiries. These tools may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised ads in your Google and Meta account settings.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website, measure advertising or deliver your furniture, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any warranty claim, and then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or messaging service is completely secure.
